Nathan Harsh's youngest son, Joe Harsh, began practicing law with his father in Gallatin after graduating from the University of Tennessee Knoxville School of Law. Joe Harsh began practicing law in 1993. Nathan continues to practice law at the Law Office of Harsh & Harsh.
In Memoriam to Richard H. Harsh
Richard H. Harsh, was the first lawyer from this family to begin his practice in the Gallatin area in 1928. Richard H. Harsh is the father of Nathan Harsh.
Kimberly N. Smith
Kimberly N. Smith, has worked for the Harsh family since March 2000. She has a degree in paralegal studies from Southeastern Paralegal Institute and has been working in the legal field since 1989, with 1993 being the year she started as a paralegal.

Nathan J. Harsh is the son of Richard H. Harsh. Nathan J. Harsh practiced law from 1961 until his death on April 10, 2020.
